From day one, this man went into very great detail regarding the process, and what to expect after the surgery. These surgeries are a passion to him, and his goal is to make sure each and every patient is taken care of and informed. This man has a heart and it reflects in his work. His assistant, Morgan, is a pleasure to deal with and she too, enjoys what she does. The whole staff was a pleasure to see and visit during my post op visits. I recommend him to anyone who is complaining of shoulder pain. I had 2 previous rotator cuff surgeries by an orthopedic surgeon. I fell and tore my rotator cuff again and was told that I needed a shoulder replacement. I wasn't ready for that so I found Dr. Seshadri. On my first visit he told me I don't need a replacement and that he could fix it. He did it! He fixed it and I couldn't be more happy. If you need shoulder surgery, don't go to an orthopedic surgeon, see Dr. Seshadri.

I broke my arm nov. 1, & saw dr Seshadri next day. He said this injury could heal without surgery. He also said he would do surgery if I wanted it. But being 80 years old I appreciated that hopeful prognosis . The arm did heal successfully and I thank him so much for his knowledgeable care. Dr. Seshadri was wonderful, my mom who is 91 fell and broke her femur and he took the best care of her.

Dr. Seshadri repaired my torn rotator cuff on 9/29/2016. He did an excellent job on my shoulder. He has a great personality and came highly recommended by my Family Dr. I am very pleased with the results. He has a well run office and I never had to wait longer than 10 minutes to see him. I would definitely recommend him to anyone with that is need of orthopaedic surgery.

Dr. Seshadri is one of my favorite doctors. He is smart, intelligent, and humble. He actually takes his time and listens completely. He doesn't make assumptions. He uses appropriate diagnostic tools to make a full evaluation of the injury! He is kind and honest. Sarah, his assistant is so wonderful and helpful with all the insurance hoops. The entire staff is friendly and kind. I always looked forward to my appointment and left feeling encouraged and happy. My shoulder is so much better!

We were referred to Dr Seshadri after an accident and broken arm. Great bedside manner. He took a lot of time explaining all options and happily answered all the questions we had. He took time and actually listened. He cares about every aspect of recovery and not just the 'surgery' he did.
