poorly staff and no response
I have PPO insurance and out of referral from my pcp, took TWO months to get an appt with my nerve damage issue linger TWO months. I thought PPO get ahead of HMO, apparently not. also calling their office leaving VM is into void hole, if lucky, someone call you back 2-3 days later. Office experience is pay first, no courtesy words like 'please', 'thank you', 'sorry'.office staff very crude, busy doing small talks in their quarters than maybe doing actual work ? After the visit, dr prescribed medication, took me two days follow up with leaving vm where no one get back to you, to get my medication. dr is very knowledgeable but office staff got to shape up. i never heard of doing nerve test one month and then get reading another month later . Dr is not that busy but the staff is completely incompetent or just interested in real work.. i doubt i will go back when I know my insurance does have more priority to get appt schedule quicker than 2 months with crude staff

Much appreciated
Dr. Sengupta ensures that the patient understands the complications and also provides attentive care unlike other physicians who are more concerned with getting to the next patient and their electronic records. Thank you for practicing medicine in the way it is supposed to be.

The office staff is only concerned with what kind of insurance you have. That is the first thing they ask on the phone and when you go to the office. Then the doctor said she would call in a prescription. Two hours later my pharmacy still never received anything. I left a voice message at the doctor's office. The next day I called the office again in the morning since no one called me back. I was told they would call in the prescription within 20 minutes. An hour later the pharmacy hadn't received a call. I'm sure the office billed my insurance heavy for the visit though. I give up. Seriously, this causes me more stress than I already had.

Office staff is terrible. I called a total of 11 times for the dr to return my call because the medication was making me sick for my migraines. No one ever called back, when I would call again, they would say "I dont have any notes in the computer that u called. I will have someone call u back this time." Over and over I would not get a call back..until finally I called for my last attempt and they said "I dont have any notes that u have called...but Dr Sengupta has told you multiple times that u need to make an appointment to come in, for her to change your medication." What??!! Multiple times?! No one EVER returned my call! Bad business. I will not be returning.

Most negative experience I have ever had with a doctor. Treated me like dirt, complained about how little my insurance company was paying her, ended our appointment after 10 minutes, no bedside manner. Didn't listen when I told her my history. Fired off questions and didn't allow me to finish answering them before firing off another question. I later read her report and it was full of inaccuracies. Refused to stop testing even though I was screaming & begging her to give to give me a short break
