Dr. Tsoi was my anesthesiologist for my D&C. This was my first surgery with anesthesia. She did a great job in our meeting before the procedure in talking me through my options. Based on my health and my procedure, she recommended general anesthesia and I trusted her judgment. She was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. She walked me to the operating room and was part of the team that set me up on the operating table. She recognized that I was nervous for my first surgery and asked me what I liked to do for fun. This helped keep me talking about what I enjoy and kept my mind off the upcoming procedure. She also said multiple times, "we are going to take good care of you." This kept me calm and reassured. She talked me through her actions and kept me informed until I went under. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Tsoi and highly recommend her. She is an excellent anesthesiologist and healthcare provider.
