Dr. Vani Velkuru, MD

Dr Velkuru at one time was my doctor. I switched to a former rheumatologist since said Dr is walking distance to my home. In September I contacted the office to schedule an appointment, they supposedly did not the referral yet. Had to wait for the receptionist to call me back. An appointment was made, I unfortunately could not make the appointment. I called the office yesterday and was put thru the ringer. I was put on hold at least 3x, and was told that my medical insurance would need to be verified and I advised her that, that should have already been done. The recepitonist said she checked with the office manager, I said I would like to speak to the office manager, I was immediateely told she is not available. Sounds like someone didn't want to get in trouble. This receptionist is hurting this office. I have my phone logs showing calls to and from this office

Dr. Vankura is the best. She is patient, knowledgeable and most of all listens to patients and respects their choice. I was so desperate with knee pain. Tried two other doctors that had no interest in the patient at all. This Dr. Cured my knee pain. She is down to earth and does her best for the patient. The office staff is also very polite and helpful. Thanks Dr. vanguard from bottom of my heart. After a year of knee pain I am pain free.

An able, efficient and great Doctor she is! She ever wears a smile on her face and half of the suffering of patients gets addressed with her presence and pleasant approach. She has tons of patience. She is highly committed, compassionate and methodical! She’s doing an yeoman service to the society at large. May her tribe increase
