Dr. Vanessa Hagan, MD

Dr Hagan is great in-person and virtually. She's a good listener, explains her thinking and recommendations, and genuinely cares about her patients. She's also super active on the LiveWell platform and answers messages super quickly. She is the quicker online responder I've ever had. I was very impressed with her.

She listens well, cares about patient concerns and does all she can to help her patients. Only issues are with friendliness of front desk staff and with ability to make quick appts.

Dr. Hagan is absolutely the best! She has been my primary care doctor for a number of years now. She is incredibly attentive, compassionate, and truly takes the time to listen to your concerns. Her thorough approach and genuine care for their patients make every visit a positive experience. I always feel confident that I’m in the best hands with her. Hands down, the best primary care doctor ever!

Vanessa is wonderful! She listens and really cares about me. If I have any trouble contacting her through the front desk I message her thru Helow . That’s the app that goes directly to her. Anytime I need a refill, a referral or ambit feeling well I message her and she gets right back to me and sends in the medication I need. Weather it be a new med or a medication I’ve been on before she takes care of it right away. I found that if your super nice to the ladies at the front desk they will treat you better. In my experience they have been rude at times. That’s my only complaint with the office. They need to be nicer!!

Dr. Hagan is the best doctor anyone could ask for. She is brilliant, compassionate and down to earth. She listens and will get you on a path to a healthier you. I trust her explicitly and would be lost without her care and guidance. Thank you Dr. Vanessa for being you!

Love Dr. Hagan! She listens to her patients and treats them with kindness, compassion, and empathy. She is also very thorough. The only problem is with her support staff. Seems like she needs to hire more people to keep up with the paperwork?

Love Dr.Hagan! My mother (74) is a patient, but I take her to each and every appt. She is the most caring, kindest, Dr that you can ask for!! She listens to us. She actually hears what my mom us telling her and gets treated. Very kind and sweet. She has so much patience for us and our complaints and problems, but she just listens and helps. So sweet. Could not of asked for a better doctor!!

Very disappointed with entire experience. Requested a mammogram order via telephone on Sept 6, 2016 and a week later still waiting, despite having been to office in person to pick order up only to be told that it wasn't ready. This after being told that the office could not email, fax, or electronically forward the order to myself or the lab, because "we don't do electronic". Test results are not online either and no portal access. I was told 3 month wait for follow up appt. Really.

Awesome physician!! Always calls right away with lab results, doesn't cut any corners with care.

Dr Hagan is very patience and she really seems to care for her patients. Her support staff is the only problem that I experienced. Shecan be rude and you will have problems getting referrals in a timely manner.
