Insensitive and cold
I had been seeing Dr. Eiswerth for almost a year before switching. Right off the bat, she made me feel like I couldn't ask any questions. I had just finished telling her how I had come off of one of my medications and was gaining a lot of weight rapidly and uncontrollably (20lbs in 8 weeks) because of my metabolism crashing, and then she jumps into a whole spiel about how my BMI is super high. I found it incredibly insensitive as I was CLEARLY upset about my weight gain, and I felt like she blamed me for it even though it wasn't my fault. I felt like she didn't even listen to me. This was literally my first visit with her. She always asks the same 15 questions and does not engage with me whatsoever. She is completely unapproachable and always seems like she's in a rush to get out of the room, so I never feel comfortable asking her questions or bringing up concerns. Maybe our personalities just didn't mesh, but if you want to be listened to and heard by your provider, look elsewhere.

Terrible Experience
Dr. Eiswerth is not progressive in the way she treats patients. I’m very disappointed as she is a DO rather than an MD, yet lacks any “whole person” approach to medicine. Zero consideration. I only had one visit with her and will never return.

Excellent PCP
After several visits with Dr. Eiswerth over the past year, both my husband and myself find her to be thorough and an excellent medical professional. She is very attentive and spends quality time with each of her patients. All of our visits have been on time and she has ensured that all aspects of our care are addressed. Highly recommend.

Best doctor I’ve ever seen.
I don’t understand why she has bad reviews. She is literally the BEST doctor I’ve ever seen. I’m a 54 year old female and we all know, stuff starts right break down. She listens, takes notes and has given me the most thorough psycial exam since boot camp. She’s is sweet, knowledge and had A+ bedside manor.

I'll put it simply, Dr. Eiswerth may be a competent practitioner, she may ask all the right questions and have well earned her degree and status as a physician. Unfortunately, she displays no compassion, no empathy, no engagement, no encouragement, & no kindness to her patients. She takes no time to 'know you', and frankly doesn't seem to care who you are. Degrees are great, but just as important is how you treat people and how you make them 'feel', when they are unwell. I've never had a more uncomfortable 20 minute doctor visit than I did with her. I felt worse going out than when I came in. My pet's Veterinary provider offers more compassion and a better bedside manner than Dr. Eiswerth. I'll never go back. Never.

The doctor lacks preventative help. Additionally, she sent me to a specialist which misdiagnosed me and still Dr. Eiswerth vouched for the specialist. I would imagine she has sent other patients there since. Additionally, the nurses are not helpful nor friendly.

I’m not sure why anyone would say anything negative about Dr. Eiswerth. She has by far been the most thorough family doctor I have ever been to. I have followed her over the years and now drive 45 minutes to see her, because I trust her extensive medical knowledge. It’s a shame so many people have negative things to say about her. I don’t go to the doctor to ‘hang out and chat,’ but would rather have someone I know is competent. Dr. Eiswerth is not only highly intelligent, but she also takes interest in my life as well. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

I have never felt more uncomfortable and nervous with a doctor until I met with Dr. Eiswerth. As others have said, she is very cold and seems to not be paying attention to my concerns. She is also very dismissive and definitely made me feel belittled. I don’t go to the doctor very often, but she has made me want to avoid it entirely. I will certainly be switching and would not recommend her. I’d prefer a doctor who cares and listens.

After years of using places like ‘patient first’ and urgent care facilities, I amgenerally pretty healthy but I wanted to establish a relationship with a local practitioner who would have my medical history on file. I really liked Dr Eiswerth and found her to be friendly, thorough, understanding and professional. She spent 45 minutes with me and administered everything I needed as far as tests, shots, bloodwork - you name it. I only had my first visit today but I would definitely recommend her

I was put off at first by Dr. Eisworth because of a lack of interaction and seemingly cold nature. As one person says here, they don't question her competency and neither do I. At the end of the day, I don't go to the doctor to socialize, and though it's nice to chit chat, that's just not her style. I am happy to have a doctor that knows her stuff.

barley interacts with you she's always on the computer. She doesn't care when you tell her medications don't work..shes totally set in her ways and tried giving me heart medication to ease anxiety which made it worse. then put me on 100mg of ametriptyline which is a ridiculous amount and the withdrawal is terrible, does she care? absolutely not, I wouldn't recommend her to an enemy

The office is so easy to visit. Dr. Eiswerth is all business and quite through. She will answer questions, however does not spend time socializing. She considers your overall health at regular visits. If there is a particular issue it is good to get an appointment for that specific issue. Also there is an express care site there that shares the office and they are very quick to get into and they pass the info on. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating! Online communications great!

Dr. Eiswerth treated me for over a year now, I find her lacking in compassion for her patients, as well as an unwillingness to be open to their cares and concerns. Her behavior in the treatment room makes you wonder if she isn't really a robot!

I have visited Dr Eisworth 3 times now over about 9 months. Her positives are that she is pleasant and I have no complaints about her medically competency. The negatives are she hasn't asked what I wanted to get out of my visit or what goals for treatment are. She asks questions, documents my answers, and tells me what she thinks is best. My input is dismissed or undervalued. Also, though I know it's common with Drs, I felt rushed at each visit and like she has focused more on charting than me.
