The doctor was great on our 1st visit, but after that, it's been painful. They did not notify me of an abnormal mammogram and I had to call in repeatedly 3 times before someone finally told me it most likely wasn't cancer (because radiology send me a letter, not my doctors office), calling me 6 weeks after a Pap smear for results and the final straw today, 1/19/16, not being able to get an appointment until 3/3/16 without being offered another doctor etc. is enough to know I need a new doctor.
