Neither a friendly nor apologetic doc
My colonoscopy took place exactly two hours after time for which it was scheduled. A nurse alluded to some problem(s) with patient before me when I asked what was going down. Nonetheless, no reason for Dr. Baratta to be neither friendly (as opposed to not at all) nor sincerely apologetic (not a two-second mumble) for such a significant delay. Don't know if her attitude is a perennial problem or she took her frustrations out on next patient but not cool.
