Dr. Vandana Goyle, MD

Dr. Vandana Goyle is terrible. She refused to see my mother because she did not want to use a translator. How is that ethical? She didn’t want to deal with a translator so she told us to find a new doctor. Not only that, she notified us that she would be cancelling our appointment the day before the scheduled appointment. We had made the appointment several weeks beforehand and even confirmed that we would need a translator. Not very professional at all. After the late notification of cancellation, we had to spend time to find a new doctor and schedule an appointment for several weeks later. Now we have found out that my mother has medical issues which cannot be remediated because it’s too late. Had we been able to see Dr. Goyle a month earlier as originally planned, perhaps this could have been avoided? Maybe not since Dr. Goyle seems like an awful human being. Would not recommend her at all.

Dr. Goyle Is the best, she Is very patient and very welcoming which makes you feel very comfortable to share your health issues. The staffs are very friendly too.

I was not impressed with this clinic at all. Dr. Goyle didn't seem to listen to my concerns and seemed to be in a hurry. The front desk made me wait 30 minutes until I just got up and left for a blood test. Then the receptionist called to argue with me. I will find a new doctor.

The communication of after care. The Dr communicates one thing of actionable steps on her end. Continues to provide documents supporting next steps. Tells me she is placing a referral for the next actionable steps proceeds to say she is doing it that day and if I don't hear back between 3-5 business reach out to them. Time elapse I call them as communicated. The person in contact states no referral has been made. I communicate through my chart out of concern and then I get a whole other noted care options that was not discussed and still no why of change however I am concerned about the actual care I received due to labs and next steps. I feel as though if you provide paperwork and stating what I should do. It should be upheld especially if this not your specialty of care. I have provided labs what's next. This is someone health and anxiety that the patient has to go through when it's uncertain

I like that my doctor makes recommendations but allows me to make my own decisions about my care.

Dr. Goyle is my partner in finding the most achievable plan of care for the best life possible (as I age with my health challenges).
