Dr. Vandana Duggal, MD

I have had Dr. Duggal as my primary Dr. for the last two years, and am completely pleased with her ability to get things done. She is a remarkable Doctor. I have had questions answered, tests done, what ever needed to be done, she has done. This is a professional Doctor, sounds like some of the negatives are directed at her with more of their personality issues with doctors in general.

I have been seeing Dr. Duggal for 2 years now and wouldn't recommend her to anybody. She is probably the worst doctor I have ever come across. She seems to be on a money minting spree, charging you even for annual checkups which are supposed to be free. She writes all lies in her visit summary eg patient advised to do this and that or to take a particular medicine but never advises you to do so actually. Also, she never follows up with you on any health condition and takes ages to reply. In my 2 years of seeing her, I have never ever received a follow up call from her. I wouldn't go to her again!!

Money Hungry Doctor WARNING DO NOT MAKE A ZOOM ONLINE APPOINTMENT - SHE WILL KEEP YOU WAITING HOURS - this happened to me 3 times - each time about 45 min in i call the front desk and say what's going on - they have to call her themselves and then call me back - making the wait a hour - then they say she is having "computer problems" SHE WILL TRY AND GET PAID FOR THE APPOINTMENT SHE HAS NOT SEEN YOU FOR !- I have been dealing with this doctor for about a year - If i would not get the run around from the office about which doctor takes my insurance wanted switch after 1st apt with her- I actually tried and then the day of my appointment with another doctor they call me (AN HOUR BEFORE) to say want to switch that to dr DUGGAL ? She suggests NOTHING to help you but she will put it in her "after appointment notes" that she suggests all types of things such as exercise - yoga - meditation (FOR SERIOUS HEALTH PROBLEMS ?!?) when none of that is mentioned WHAT A LYING DOCTOR !

I have to disagree with the negative reviews. She is always responsive - whether you need to get into her office for a visit, if you have a question via phone and even via email. I had a difficult diagnosis and needed fast turnaround referrals to other locations multiple times and she was always very fast. She seems to genuinely care about me as a patient, as she's requested to see me just to check in my diagnosis. I recommend her and her practice!

she is terrible in follow and being a genuine caring health provider

I felt like she was only there to get me in and get me out. She didn't seem genuinely interested in getting to know me or concerned with why I was coming in. I thought she might take more of an interest in getting to know me as I was in the process of transitioning from my pediatrician and explained I was considering her as my primary. I give her 3 stars because she does seem very intelligent and I do believe she'll provide an accurate diagnosis when necessary which she did in my case.

I have been seeing Dr. Duggal for 5 years now . Not once did i face any problem. From the receptionist to the nurse and then Doctor herself, all the staff is amazing . The best part is that Dr. Duggal listens to my questions and concerns very patiently and then answers all my concerns . highly recommend her!!!

I don't give her cero stars because the web doesn't let me do it, but she's the worst doctor you can have. She doesn't call you when you have a positive result for some disease, she doesn't do follow up in any case, she doesn't show any interest for her patients and seems to be there only to get paid, not because she feels any responsibility for her patients, besides she's is rude and doesn't have a good bedside manner. I definitely wouldn't recommend her to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

Just seemed like she was doing the necessary and her job. I definetly didnt feel like OMG she is so awesome. The medical assistant that was checking me in a doing initial vitals seemed more informative and likable.

We have been with Dr. Duggal for four years. She is amazing
