Worst doctor ever
Dismissed everything I said - would have missed infection if didn't insist on testing. Horrible bed side manners. Left his office upset and changed doctors.

This Doctor, Yes Please!
Dr. Cao is my mother's doctor. I don't feel that she is a "easy" patient but she loves Dr. Cao and I understand why. He is direct but also humorous. I can see why maybe some people receive him indifferent but to me he is a breath of fresh air. He "tells it how it is". He challenges my mom when he senses a fib, or that she is hiding something. That is what I want a doctor to do, to care. Not just cater to a patient. He does not rush. He makes sure you understand everything. He will read chart notes from other doctors. I think he is the ONLY doctor my mom likes. When I need a doctor, I'm picking him!

I think I learned more about him than he did about me. I came in because I am having trouble with my legs. He hardly looked at my legs and told me that the pain is weight related. While looking at my legs he recommended laser hair removal… rude. There is more i just don’t feel comfortable speaking about it publicly. I do not recommend seeing Dr. Cao.

Terrible 1st experience. Terrible customer service. Was shamed and given an incredibly hard time for not having insurance information at time of check-in by front desk only to be told that Dr. Cao personally said he won't see me. Too much drama for a PCP.
