No patience, compassion or empathy at all!
To this day I still remember this doctor for being exceedingly rude, shouting at me for supposedly wasting her time and just making every step along the process to receive help a painful experience. Luckily I was able to switch urologists after she was even worse at the second follow up visit telling me that it was all in my head and there was nothing wrong, even though I had serious loss of sensation in the area. Avoid at all costs!

Dr. Ginger cured my UTI problem by giving me gentle but specific guidances on how to deal with my burning and painful urethra. I truly appreciate her calm and caring chairside manner. She was able to cure a problem which had plagued me for over six months.

I highly recommend Dr. Ginger. She is competent, friendly and patient focused. She values non surgical treatment when it is apppropriate. She is thoughtful and thorough when doing her evaluation. She spent time providing lots of education and I felt really well cared for. Not rushed at all.

Very very poor Doctor. Telling my mother she has cancer simply based off her history. No biopsy or further testing done. While patient was asking questions about a procedure involving a stent, dr ginger said the stent will be in all through chemo and radiation treatment. My mother is emotionally scarred from this experience. This doctor should not be allowed to practice medicine. Very negligent.

Refused to give diet instructions stating she wanted a baseline. She then yelled at us condescendingly when the lab results came back abnormal stating that we should have changed the diet. Poor bedside manner. Also waited over an hour in the exam room with no apology from the doctor or staff.
