The once-a-year appointment I look forward to!
If you can get in with Dr Stewart it is absolutely worth the wait. I've learned to schedule my appointments a year out because it is nearly impossible to get a last minute appointment (unless you get really, really lucky). It wasn't always that way but she really is that good. She knows everyone around the hospital and is quick to make referrals. She keeps up with the latest in her field and is a wealth of current medical knowledge. I love that when I have an appointment with her that she makes time to listen, ask questions, and takes as much time as is needed to get through the appointment. I never feel rushed. And when I am not able to get in to see her but have a pressing medical question, I can reach out to her staff who usually respond within 24 hours. Before Dr Stewart became the most popular PCP on the block, she used to respond herself. Those days are long gone, and that's okay. She is a fantastic doctor and I'd rather she spend time with patients.

Outstanding doctor. Professional, extremely knowledgeable, thorough, superb bedside manner, takes time to explain things to you, goes out of her way to provide you with information relating to questions you may have about medications/illnesses/symptoms/surgical procedures, etc. I would rate her 100 out of 100%.

Dr. Stewart is without a doubt the best internist I've ever had. Her diagnostic skills are exceptional-she has diagnosed several rare conditions I've had. She is extremely intelligent & knows her medicine inside out without having to consult a computer every 2 minutes. Dr. Stewart is friendly & easy to talk to and listens patiently without interrupting. She answers all online messages promptly & recently called me at home to discuss a problem that I had. I trust her completely.
