Dr. Valerie Voss, MD

I feel like she didn't do anything, ive never had any experience with a doctor that was not doing a sports physical at a minute clinic before & she was expecting me to know what I needed to do. I came in for a preventative exam, all she did was recheck my blood pressure (nurse did already) & checked my breathing. She just wasn't there, felt like she just wanted to be in and out quick & had no desire to be there today

I only had a few things to get done (a physical, a physical therapy referral, and a prescription for birth control). I waited 1.5hrs to be seen.Did a poor job in administering a physical. Had an overall rude and condescending attitude. Was judgmental and reluctant to prescribe me birth control. I needed a form completed for my annual physical, and she would not compete the 2 page questionnaire for employment. It's been over a week, still not done!

I'd put no stars if I could! DO NOT SEE VALERIE VOSS FOR ANYTHING! I was assigned to her through state aid. I went in for a check up and asked for help with weight loss and depression. She looked me up and down, called me a junkie, and told me I had to go through severe therapy. The place she referred me to WAS AN INSTITUTION. Just because I've struggled with anxiety and depression since my childhood, that doesn't mean that I am crazy and need to be committed! Horrible attitude!!!

As someone who works in the medical field i was highly disappointed with the service of Dr. Voss. It's important to have qualities of empathy, kindness and simple ability to care when treating as a physician and Dr Voss displayed none of that during my visit. I was treated with disregard, as if what was needed was a waste of her time. I was there for a routine visit and yet she managed to make me feel like an annoyance. Today healthcare took a loss in what we are striving for. I will not be back

One of the worse doctors I have ever been to.

Dr. Voss should never ever see patients again. She refuses to do her job and her office will not return phone calls. She alone has cost me months of pain. I wish they would revoke her license!

ZERO STARS! Hands-down the WORST Dr. and overall organization you will experience. Zero compassion, no follow through, and just darn right rude. My first visit was 8 months post-pardum and she lectured me about not losing my baby weight, questioned why my OB prescribed meds for postpartum dep/anxiety because my child was old enough and I "should be over it." If you need a referral, appointment, test results, or any basic medical care-- forget it. I have NEVER written a review before on anything.

I don't think she even deserves one star she's a horrible has no people skills she has no empathy acts like she doesn't care and refused to treat me after waiting in the office for over 2 hours. It took me weeks to get an appointment. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR.

She orders blood work but does not follow up with you on the results. She ordered a thyroid test on me...but hasn't given me the results or called in a prescription for my synthroid. I'm currently out of the med & have been for 10 days now! I've called a few times - no one has returned my call. Stopped by the joilet office during her 'assigned' office hours to make sure someone has received my voicemails..& the office is locked!! Have done this more than once. Mistake choosing her as my MD

I have been trying to schedule an appointment for weeks now at this office. I work full-time so when I have a chance to call, hoping the office answers, they do not. I have now left numerous voicemails, receiving a call back days after I contact the office and still have not been able to schedule. I have never dealt with another dr. office where it is so incredibly difficult to schedule an appointment!

Dr. Voss has been my sons Doctor since January 2016. He has gone to see her three times..that's three times too many. I called to change my sons network last week but it won't go in effect until May 1st. Today was the third visit and the last visit, thank God! She is rude, lacks empathy and acts like she doesn't care. The same goes for her nurse, she has a personality like a rock. Unfortuently myself and my husband lost our jobs and forced us to go on Medicaid. This must be why she is so rude.

I went to see Dr. Voss. I have been very depressed, even contemplating suicide. I needed help and advice. Dr. Voss stood across the room from me and yelled questions at me. She did not help me. I strongly advise not going to her. Long wait to see her too. She made me sadder.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Never would recommend Dr Voss. Horrible bedside manner. Rude, judgemental. Don't be fooled, first office visit she pretends she cares, after that it's a nightmare. She lies. Refuses to return your calls,ignores anything you tell her, does not care about her patients. She acts like your a huge inconvenience. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, worst Dr I have ever seen. She needs her license taken away, she's no Dr.Doesn't follow the hypocritical oath, she is going to kill someone
