Dr. Valerie Stratton, DO

I like the dr.. But they never answer the phone or return calls

I saw valerie a few times, and while she's very pleasant and chatty, any time I had a health issue, even if it had persisted for months, she would briefly examine the area and, if the problem was not immediately and easily identifiable, shrug her shoulders. Or she would put me on a prescription without any kind of investigative testing to get to the root of the problem. She doesn't at all practice like a DO, who are supposed to be more integrative. Instead she takes the easiest route to mask the most prominent symptom. In short, she's overly quick to prescribe new medication without doing any research, too lazy to investigate any health issues you have, and disinterested in treating the root of your problem.

I love Dr. Stratton and I'm so glad I found her. She listens to my concerns and doesn't give up until I have resolve of my conditions.

Dr. Valerie Stratton is an excellent doctor, always attentive and knowledgeable, answers questions in a common sense way. Provides information needed to make decisions about my health care and is never condescending. Also the signage is very confusing. I found that the building is well marked with several other clinic names but not the Internal Medicine office. On my 1st visit to the office I passed it and had to back track 2nd visit not much better.You might consider adding a larger sign.
