Dr. Valerie Kuenzli, MD

Dr kuenLi took care of my mom so I had no reason not to trust her . 3 years ago I took my dad in for his food and she ran an echo. Last May I had to take him to er. He had to have a racer done and I was told he should have had it done when she did echo. Then I asked about dementia and I was told 92 to brain for heart. Neurologist said with his advanced stage he had for years. Finally 3 years I took him for sore in his nose that kept coming back. Was told to put aqua for on it. Today I found out it was cancer. She needs stopped before she kills someone

My mom went to see Dr. December 1, 2022 in extreme pain, unable to keep food down, bowel issues. Dr. Kuenzli advised her that she was 83 what did she expect that she couldn't give her stronger pain meds and told me not to call a squad as I told her mom was having horrible pain and should have gone to the hospital. She said no that due to RSV, Covid, etc avoid hospitals. Sent my mom home. My mom suffered terrible pain subsequently her bowels ruptured and she died. The videos I showed her of my mom she stated well they might be seizures, I don't know??????? No test ordered, no meds, etc. I ask her to at least take urine see if she had a UTI causing her pain in the abdomen its the only thing she checked.

Pretty disappointed, I was turned away for a visit with her because I haven’t been to see her in awhile. I was told she is not accepting new patients when I have been one of her patients for years. I have referred all my friends and family and will now discourage them from using her. Sad she’s turns away her patients that are ill.

Dr kuenzli always takes the time to answer all of my questions. She even helped me catch a pretty rare liver condition while it is still relatively early. She did a lot of follow up and then referred me to a specialist when it became clear I had more than a random irregular lab test.

She is a wonderful Dr. When I first started seeing her my health was a mess. Now 3 years later I'm doing a lot better. She is great and is always available if you need her.

She is an amazing doctor. She cares for me, my boyfriend, and our son. She is always there when we need her. Dr. Kuenzli is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Dr. Kuenzli is one the best doctors I have been to. She got me on the right medication, and went the extra mile to do that for me. I would highly recommend her to everyone. Deborah Petty, Whitehall,Ohio
