Dr. Flacco is amazing ?? she is smart educated well and her caring nature to take care of her patients is unmatched . The time and concern she gives patients is a real testament to her being concerned about the welfare of each patient . I would not trade her for the world ! ??

I miss Dr Val. I moved from Galesburg and haven't found a doctor l feel as competent or caring as she. If l had a medical problem l would call her. I trust her judgement.

Dr. Flacco genuinely cares about her patients and spends time listening and getting to the cause of any medical problem you have. She’s not egotistical, as some doctors are (thinking that they know everything, so another dictor’s help is unnecessary), so she won’t hesitate to send you to a specialist if that’s in your best interest. She goes “beyond the call of duty” for her patients.

Dr. Val and her staff are amazing! She cares and listens and always goes that extra mile. They get back to you and check on you, and it is hard to find personalized care like this nowadays. Thank goodness we have her in our lives. She is also responsible for saving my husband's life. When all other tests were negative, she still knew something was wrong and sure enough, an angiogram found blockages and he needed heart surgery asap! Thank you, Dr. Val! Words are not enough! God bless!

Actually cares about you! Believes you know your body best and if you think something is wrong then it probably is, and she works to figure it out! Best doctor out there! You don't find them as caring as her anymore! She actually listens and spends time with you!
