This doctor needs to look at everything going on what she is telling doesn't make sense with last week. She obviously isn't looking at whole picture of issues. I saw np never her and

Dr. Beard is a professional in every respect. In medicine, she knows her stuff better than 90% of all the doctors I've had in my 8.5 decades on this planet. Secondly, she really cares for her patients in a personal way. She becomes a friend as well as a doctor. She cares about the whole person, not only Physical & Mental but Spiritual, a trait not found in many doctors I have known. I feel I’m most fortunate to have Dr. Beard as my primary care physician. She has always been an excellent listener. Whatever my concern is, Dr. Beard hears you out and comes up with a strategy to help you. Sometimes as one gets older, people can begin to dismiss you and your issues. I can honestly say Dr. Beard has never dismissed any medical concerns I’ve had. (And I’ve had a few.)I think her staff is excellent, as well. Whether I’m leaving a message on the prescription line or for the triage nurse, my question/issue is dealt with in a timely fashion.I feel very comfortable recommending Dr. Beard and her practice to others. Doc is never available.. then they tell you to go to urgent care in the same building and you get stuck with a $1000 bill for a simple issue! Doc seems to be accepting new patients but with no availability you will never get an appointment. I would say run.. fast and find a family doc who cares and is available, has a back up doc or at least a NP.

Dr.Beard is a great listener and she does not hurry thru an appointment.

Dr Beard is a good listener and she is very proficient in diagnosing and treating any illness that you may have.

Each time I visit Dr. Beard, she explains each step of a process we might follow, ensures that I am referred to excellent professionals and keeps track of the details of each of my visits. Her staff is caring , friendly and professional. Her appointments are kept on time and she is a pleasure to work with.

The visit was thorough. Dr. Beard is a patient listener. She and her staff give plenty of attention. They addressed my concerns.

Dr. Beard is no-nonsense, and spends a lot of time listening and asking lots of questions. She never jumps to a conclusion. I truly feel she has my health as a top priority and never rushes me through an appointment. She's willing to work together, WITH me, to address health concerns and put together a plan of action that makes sense, and that we are both comfortable with. An added bonus is that she has an extremely pleasant/nice personality.

I am so grateful that I found Dr. Beard when. I moved here a year ago. She understands and respects my input and just seems to get right to my problems. She is genuinely caring and senses what you are not saying. Very intuitive. Would highly recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Valerie Beard is a well mannered professional who takes time to listen ,examines and explains the possible diagnosis and treatment.There is a usual follow up call from her office when there are abnormal results from the tests she ordered.Her medical assistant Kendra is also great.I definitely recommend Dr Beard to anyone looking for a good primary doctor.

Dr. Beard has helped me tremendously. She helped identify a problem, found the correct meds, and that alone has made a big difference in my life. She has also helped with other health issues and is a wonderful diagnostician. I am so grateful that she is my physician. Her staff is also wonderful!

The staff and Dr Beard has been extremely helpful. I have only Been going to Dr Beard for a year but she has met all my needs and treats you with respect.

I was brought in promptly by the nurse. She took my vitalsand said the doctor would be in shortly. Dr. Beard came in soon after that. We went over any concerns and then she examined me. Very happy with my visit.

Dr. Beard does not rush through my appointments, and she takes the time to really listen, which has lead to successful treatment of my health concerns. I'm very fortunate to have found such a practical, knowledgeable and empathetic physician. I highly recommend her.

Absolutely fantastic! From the front office, to the nurse, to Dr. Beard ... all were extremely friendly and professional. I got in right at my appointment time which was the BEST! Very clean facility. HIGHLY recommend!
