The staff in the office is very rude and unprofessional. My mom needed a referral to a specialist, which was never sent by the PCP's office. As a result, my mom was declined to be seen by the specialist due to the lack of the referral. When I contacted the office, the girl who is in charge of making the referrals was asking me for the ICD 10 code for the diagnosis and the doctor's NPI number. When I suggested that it would be easier if she looks it up online, her answer was NO. Then, she just abruptly handed the phone to another person in the office , who also couldn't explain why my mom can't get the referral. The most upsetting part is that no one has notified my mom, who is an elderly lady, that they are unable to make the referral and she made a trip for nothing and I wasted my time by taking off from work. There was no apology offered.

I specifically requested certain bloodwork be done and they submitted way more testing than I requested. Because of this I was hit with a bill I should have never received. They kept ignoring my emails, never got back to my phone calls. They just kept avoiding and avoiding and avoiding me until I was forced to pay a bill otherwise it would've been sent to collections. Do not go here.
