I am beyond disappointed with the experience I had with Dr. Vala Berji and his practice. From start to finish, the whole process was disorganized, unprofessional, and a total waste of time. Firstly, I wasn't informed about the change of my appointment from in-person to online. My family and I drove for two hours to Dr. Berji's office, only to find it closed. When we called him, he was at home and hastily set up a Zoom call. This complete lack of communication and coordination was a huge inconvenience for us. The video meeting itself was a disaster. Dr. Berji's internet connection was terrible, which made it difficult to discuss my concerns. During the 30-minute call, I had to reconnect four times due to the poor quality of the connection. Dr. Berji promised to send me sleep apnea kits, but he never followed through. This lack of follow-up and responsibility reflects poorly on his commitment to patient care. Finally, the billing process was a nightmare. I never received any notice for the payment and they never bothered to call me. To make matters worse, they sent the bill to a collection agency, which resulted in me paying a much higher amount for essentially nothing. In conclusion, my experience with Dr. Vala Berji and his practice was truly terrible. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend him to anyone. His lack of professionalism, poor communication, and irresponsibility should be a warning to potential patients

Dr. Berjis was compassionate, human, kind and helpful. His suggestions got my father on a better track and I'm forever grateful for Dr. Berjis' expertise and help.
