Doctor Jalal has always given excellent care in the many years. I've been treated by her and her staff. One concern is at the hospital complex parking usually ends up being an extremely long walk as the handicap places are often full. The last visit I had to use valet, because I have trouble with both knees, hip and back.

I have gone to Dr Jalal for a long time now she is extremely competent very professional very friendly and she's always been able to fix any problems that I've had with her recommendations. I have always felt better afterwards. She is a wonderful doctor and very caring.

Front office was very helpful. The nurse/assistance was not very friendly, made me feel that I was intruding on her by being there. Maybe it was just a bad day for her. Dr. Jalal was very attentive and caring. She appeared to be concern about me feeling sick and helped to encourage me. She also called me at home to see how I was doing and changed my medication after results of the culture came back.
