Dr. Ursula Norfleet, MD

I came into the Meharry emergency room like my dr told me to do if my symptoms got worse. Dr. Norfleet read my chart and deemed my condition to not be an emergency and advised i go somewhere else, before ever letting me speak. I then asked her why she was in my room if she couldn’t help me and i walked out. She then yelled for security. I have never in my life had a doctor be so short and dismissive with me. No one deserves to be treated that way. Maybe she was having a bad day, but i didn’t deserve for her to take it out on me. I will be telling everyone i know about this horrible experience.

Dr.Norfleet is a very nice,caring,and understanding professional she has a very calm way of talking to someone that is or going threw a accident or sick or ill she held my hand and told me I was strong and told me what people did as I was curious when they walked by with equipment or medicine carts she and the staff was class acts all was neatly dress wore gloves mask talk to you in a professional and respectful way clean area food drink if hungry Dr.Norfleet and her team was top shelf in care Thank You again Dr.Norfleet your the best
