very poor service
Borders on malpractice! His office is a wreck! Couldn't send a copy of the EKG over to UWA (wanted a 2nd opinion) and these idiots didn't care. THIS WAS FOR CONFIRMATION OF A CARDIAC CONDITION!! This dude needs to retire before he kills someone....and I am a nurse of 40+ years and I never have been treated like this EVER!!

Very attentive and personable Doctor
Dr. Birlenbach will actually LISTEN to you and dig until he reaches the right diagnosis and treatment. Very refreshing. You're not just a number in his office. He carries a wealth of knowledge in his head and readily shares it. I know I'm dating myself but he's the regular Marcus Welby type. Such a welcome difference from Kaiser Permanente "fast food medicine!"

I had taken my 87 yr old grandma to see him he had been her dr for about 6 months. She was being overmedicated. On one appointment he had told me she was just old. She was eventually put in a nursing home and they told us she would probably never go back home...After having her meds looked at and changed. She was her self again and came home. But he is just not a very caring dr. Does not give patients the care they deserve. Needless to say she has a new dr.
