Good doctor. Listened well. Could use a receptionist but Covid has effected health care.

-Does not respond to calls by patients in a timely manner. -Did not call back for 4 1/2 days (2 of them weekend) when their were questions about getting the wrong medication. -Told patient their attempts to relieve anxiety by doing art didn’t matter. Only walking in nature would help. Invalidated my feelings. Showed up to a first in-person (not virtual) appointment to find office door locked, lights off. Banged on door, no answer. Left message. Would not allow me to drive the 10 min back for my appointment because I didn’t wait around and follow her “procedures” for the appt which were not explained nor on the office door. Told me point blank she couldn’t help me, I wasted my time off work. When I angry/frustrated cried, she told me to go commit myself even though I am not a danger to myself or others or have any major psychological impairments. So she #1 invalidated my feeling, my time and my trust.

I went in August. She assumed I was lying about an assault, broke HIPPA, tried to rally my PCP against me to go into a hospital she works at that she did not disclose. Very unethical. And if she had asked for the paperwork to prove anything I said (work paperwork, police paperwork, hospital paperwork, etc.), I would have provided it. I had already shown it all to my PCP, which is how even he knew not to trust her. But if you're sharing private information with her and nobody else knows, she could easily succeed in whatever plan she has for you against your will. Please avoid for your own safety and sanity.

I agree with crooked and unethical! I had only two appointments with Dr. Ujwala Dixit at the Wilmington location. She tried rescheduling the first appointment which she confirmed then again had scheduling conflicts with the 2nd appointment. Asked me to sit and chat taking my co-pay less than 5 minutes later her other client showed up. Doctor asked if she could call me to talk which I declined. It took a lot for me to get help for myself after the loss of my son then to be treated like this....
