I have enjoyed Dr. Okereke's care for the last 10 years. However, there were scheduling conflicts with the last few appointments. I had requested morning apt. and she kept scheduling me for times too far away for my medical needs and I needed to be seen sooner. The staff reschedule appointments that were conducive for them but when I needed to reschedule, she wouldn't to suit my medical needs. So scheduling conflicts was my ONLY reason for leaving.

Dr. Okereke is an awesome physician; I totally love his demeanor, his caring attitude and his dedication to his patients. He has been my doctor for over five years now, and I wouldn't even think about changing because it is difficult to find a doctor who REALLY cares about your entire well-being rather than just write scripts and send you home without investigating the root cause of your problem. I recommend him without any reservations.

I just called to try to be a new patient and was informed that new patient appointment don't have appointments that patients come in at 7:30 in the morning and there's no guarantee that you can get an appointment. This sort of reception is not a good reflection of the exceptional care I was informed the doctor provides. Dr. Okareke , May want to consider changing his phone receptionist, first impressions are everything. New RN in town, hopeful to find quality medical care elsewhere.

Dr. Okereke is a brilliant physician! He is knowledgeable and very thorough in treating patients. He utilizes technology to help him and his staff provide top-notch medical care to patients. He has great bed-side manners, and shows in every way that he truly cares for his patients. Were it not for his medical knowledge and expertise and his persisitent and fervent advocacy on my behalf, I may very well not be among the living today. He is a great doctor, and I highly reccommend him!!!

I absolutely love how Dr. O covers everything, he is very thorough. However his staff could use some adjustments. If trying to schedule an appointment the schedule it for months from when you call. Also, half the time when you do call to schedule an appt no one answers the phone. I called the other day and the phone just rang and rang.
