Dr. Ugochi Ezeala, MD

Dr Ezeala is extremely kind, and patient. She always willing to listen and address all my concerns no matter how many. I have been a patient of her for over 3 years, and I would highly recommend her.

I have been seeing Dr. Ezeala for the past two years after a medical issue that required admission to the hospital. She is very responsive to my medical needs and questions and a very pleasant person who has earned my complete confidence (please note she it the 1st female doctor that I have a primary doctor).

Rude, patronizing, condescending, exudes negativity, techinically incompetent.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ezeala for several years, and from my first appointment with her, I have to say that she is incredible. Throughout the past years, she has taken great care of my health. The services, and attention that I receive from Dr. Ezeala are extremely professional, she is also kind and friendly. She combines expertise and a willingness to listen and discuss. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. She really takes the time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. She has a wonderful way of making elaborated medical language understandable, taking the time to explain things to me in a very clear manner. Together with this, her staff have been always friendly and ensure that I’m properly informed about my health and care. I have to say that having a doctor like Dr. Ezeala has really put me at ease regarding my health. Dr. Ezeala is remarkable,

Seemed nice the first time. Went downhill badly from there. 1. Doctor refused to help get lab results posted and was actually very rude about it. 2. Doctor wants to order too many unnecessary tests (frequent ekgs and chest x-rays). 3. Office staff does not return calls or online messages when you need help - never. 4. Billing dept does not apply payments and just keeps sending bills - still don't have refund that has been acknowledged as due. 5. Flat out ignoring requests for my medical records needed by a specialist that I'm seeing. 6. Wife also experienced unnecessary tests and multiple bills for things already paid and has not gotten acknowledged refund. Maybe 1 or 2 things could be excused, but together - not hardly. And its clearly an intentional pattern since its doctor and staff, for both me and my wife.

Dr. Ezeala expressed true concern for my condition. She listened intently to understand my concerns and detailed symptoms.

I am grateful to have such a great doctor. She takes the time to meet with me and I never feel rushed. She has a wonderful bedside manner and is very communicative and responsive. I truly appreciate having her as my Primary Care Physician.

I usually see a P.A. at this practice, but this was a last minute appt. due to severe abdominal pain. This was my first time seeing Dr. Ezeala, and she is terrific. She did a thorough exam and asked several questions. Once she determined what was going on, she explained it very carefully and clearly, giving my my next options. She strongly suspected appendicitis and sent me to the ER for a CT scan. She even called the ER to let them know I was coming. Highly recommend this Physician.
