Callous
My allergist had me get a CAT scan of my sinuses a bunch of years ago. I got it. My allergist looked at the results, and then referred me to this doctor in order to decide if getting surgery to remove polyps was going to be helpful for me. I waited about 25 minutes in the waiting room for him to come in. When he did come in, he spoke to me (the entire time) as if I were wasting his valuable time. I felt like I was a nuisance. He told me that I shoul move closer to the ocean ( I like in the Inland Empire) since the air quality is better there. Sure doc! Great advise. He then walked out of the room without letting me ask any follow up questions or indicating that his valuable time with me had expired. I was nothing but kind and polite with him. I don’t know what his problem was.

BEST PHYSICIAN!
Dr. Shih is the best doctor I've ever been to! All I have to say is that he's very attentive to his patients and care about his patient's health very much. He is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy and caring physician. His staff are friendly and provides the best care for their patients. The nurses there are super nice and caring as well and very efficient. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a physician!

He listened to me and then very carefully explained what he thought was causing my symptoms. He is smart, kind, and professional.

He doesn't care about what you are coming in for. He looks for one second and says nothing is wrong. Then, he lied on my medical record about what actually was wrong with me because he didn't bother to ask about my history. To be honest it felt like he made his mind up about me before he even saw me. He then belittled what was wrong with me since he never asked how i got the injury and just made up what he thought happened to me. He then documented that on my record which is 100% false information. Definitely dont go to this Dr.
