Wonderful Physician
She put together a team that help me recover from a stroke and controlled my hypertension for the first time in 20 years. She is patient focused and really listens.

Dr. Tyra Kane was phenomenal, she is so incredibly caring, understanding, and truly encompasses the responsibilities of a great physician. She has been my doctor for a couple of years and has helped treat my ADD, depression, and anxiety.

DR. KANE IS THE BEST INTERNAL MEDICINE DR. IN . FREDERICKMy husband and I have been patients for 10+ yrs. She cares for you as a person and respects you as a patient. Gives personal attention and deep dedication in helping patients.

She is known to send letters to patient and kicking them out her practice. Worst doctor I know of..... almost die in her care. She needs to just turn her license over.

Staff will not call pharmacy for refills or call insurance auths. Even when i call to remind them they still wont followup. They want your business but dont want to go out of their way to may necessary calls. After years of being a patient im going to a new provider. I rate a minus 5!!!!

I just received a certified letter, improperly addressed, from her ending my physician/patient relationship with her. She cited NO reason for this termination. I was given one month to find another doctor. I am a retired Federal executive with both Federal health insurance and Medicare. Perhaps the problem is that I am too healthy. My need is mainly for approval of several medications. I would not recommend this Dr to anyone.

Dr. Kane has been my primary Dr. for many years now. She has always been professional and taken care of my ailments. In addition, she is very thorough and takes the necessary time to listen and go over things on my annual check ups.

Dr Kane is attentive, listens, notices issues that are not the original reason for the visit, and doesn't rush through her exam. She explains and does not make you, the patient, feel like she needs to hurry to leave and get to her next patient.

Office staff is constantly changing... and not for the better. Turnover of medical staff is alarming. Have waited excessive amounts of time upon arrival patiently. Arrived late one day (15 minutes) due to weather and was told to reschedule. Prescriptions filled incorrectly in wrong dosages. Attention to detail is lacking and an unfriendly environment where you are made to feel like this practice is doing you a favor by providing services to you.
