Dr. Tyler Provost, DO

I started seeing Dr. Provost about 4 months ago when I was in pretty bad shape. I had been to the ER and urgent care several times and no one could figure out what was going on. On my first visit to Dr. Provost he had it figured out. With him giving the correct diagnosis, and right medication 3 month later I am back to myself and feeling so much better. Dr. Provost is AWESOME at all your medical needs but when it comes to adjustments for bone and muscle pains there is None better. I have not found a better Dr. With his awesome bedside manner. If he's in your area you need to give him a chance. I see him once a month and its the best thing I've done medically.

I began to see Dr. Provost after being incredibly fed up with the pain management doctor I had been seeing. In three visits, Dr. Provost fixed, without any new prescriptions, what the other doctor failed to do in 3 months of visits and multiple prescriptions. He paid attention to my body language and made treatment suggestions partially based on how he could tell I was feeling. It was wonderful finding a doctor that actually wanted me to get better.

There’s something wonderful about Tyler Provost… his methods are gentle and his spirit is calm and reassuring. I appreciate that the world is hectic and love that his level of care is not.

I had chronic shoulder and neck pain. I saw Dr Provost once a week for two weeks and was amazed at how much better I felt. I now see him once every two weeks and I am pain free between visits. I have been dealing with neck pain for 4 years. I’ve tried it all, PT, steroids, drugs, acupuncture etc. I was out of ideas and sick of being in pain. I was referred to Surfside and was lucky enough to meet Dr. Provost. Within three sessions I feel amazing. My neck is no longer stiff, my energy is up along with my spirits. I can’t say enough about Dr. Provost’s bedside manner and patience with me. I was absolutely terrified my first visit of anyone touching my neck at all. He completely earned my trust and I will refer anyone and everyone to him.

Fantastic dr., I was skeptic about osteopathic treatment,but no longer . After having only 2 visits with dr.Provost I can move and walk easy with no pain. Will recommend dr.Provost to anybody. Thank you doc.

Called Surfside when my back was totally in spasm and locked. Lots of pain with any movement. They were extremely nice and got me in that day. I saw Dr.Provost. All I can say is that I have had my back lock up like that 4 times and the only way it was fixed was with a steroid pack and or months of chiropractic visits. Dr.Provost manipulated my back and by that evening it was 65% better. I woke up in the morning and it was unlocked. Truly amazing. I can highly recommend this office and doctor. It's a pleasure to have an orthopedist that is not looking to do surgery.

I'm 52 and very active. I go to Dr. Provost whenever I have pain. Most recently, I developed pain in my right hip area and went to Dr. Provost for help. He gave me a physical exam and quickly determined it was not the hip joint but bursitis in the connective tissue. We discussed options and proceeded with a cortisone injection using ultrasound. The injection also contained lidocaine which works immediately whereas the steroid takes a few days. As soon as I stood up I felt better, confirming the injection was in the right spot! It's been over a month now and I'm still pain free! Added Bonus: His full-body adjustment is amazing!

Dr. Provost has a bedside manner that puts you at ease right away. He askes questions and shows an interest in finding out what is wrong and why you are in pain. For the first time in a very long time, I have no pain--Thank you Dr. Provost.

Everyone in the office is amazing and helpful. Dr. Provost truly cares and listens and gives great advice in managing chronic pain. He thinks outside the box and really is there for his patients.
