Had follow-up appointment after surgery. Placed in exam room shortly after I arrived and waited close to an hour in the exam room before Dr. Ford arrived. Had a 2nd follow-up appointment after surgery, placed in exam room shortly after I arrived and waited close to an hour in the exam room before Dr. Ford arrived. I find this treatment unacceptable! If Dr. Ford cannot anticipate the time spent with his patients, he ought to book his appointments accordingly. I am not happy AT ALL with this kind of treatment!

I am 5 years cancer free. Dr Ford explained carefully about my surgery and was a great listener to my fears and concerns. He and his staff were available if I had questions. A scary experience was made easier with his support and expertise.

Dr. Ford and his staff are all very professional and are exceptional in treating you with respect and the utmost of care. I feel as though I am a part of their "family" and feel confident Dr. Ford is taking care of me to the greatest extent. He makes me feel as if I am his only patient and is genuinely concerned for me. He answers all my concerns and questions with compassion and a willingness to listen to me. He is a knowledgeable and wonderful doctor and ensures I have the information I need. His staff is also very helpful as well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Ford to anyone needing his care. He is ultimately what I needed and wanted from a doctor in a world of unknown for me. Thanks to Dr. Ford for being there when I needed a doctor with his expertise.

Dr. Ford is knowledgeable, kind and seems exceptionally caring for a patient who initially resisted my diagnosis - I have “trust” issues with the medical profession. He completed the surgery as discussed/planned. 10 days out from surgery, my recovery is how he explained it would be. I’m much more comfortable because of his through explanations (and drawings) but now anxious about the next phase. I think he’s the best and choosing him was a smart life-decision. Jury still out on office staff- did not return 2 phone calls prior to surgery.

Dr Ford is thorough in explaining everything that will happen during surgery and is extremely patient in answering questions. He takes great care with patients in what is a very scary, potentially life altering situation. I would recommend him to anyone facing these types of cancers.

I know that Dr Ford is a good surgeon. But my two-star rating is because I went in for an oophorectomy to have my ovary removed and I signed paperwork saying that they could take my ovary and more if necessary. I woke up told me that he removed the tumor but left the ovary in me. My surgery was 3 years ago I have had non-stop pain from adhesions and my ovary which should have been removed consistently generates new cysts which are incredibly painful. Considering how bad my sis was that needed to be removed and that I consented to have the ovary and more removed I am very angry that a doctor decided to leave it because I might change my mind about having kids. I wanted the ovary out it was a surgery that cost more than $100,000 and I was extremely pissed to find out the ovary was left in me. 3 years later as I suffer from pain and cysts I desperately avoid surgery because I don't want any more scar tissue and adhesions to cause additional pain. Be very clear what you expect.

I believe the hands of fate connected me with Dr. Ford. He was not the physician I was initially referred to, yet he fit me in on a day he was not even scheduled to see patients. I can honestly say that from the moment I met him I felt secure in his level of intelligence and skill. The term frightened doesn't begin to justify my feelings at my cancer diagnosis. His demeanor was calming, he explained expectations, and he was really patient with my sister's and mom despite all of the questions and concerns we had. I would highly recommend Dr. Ford to anyone in need of his services. Whatever the future holds for me I want to express a most earnest thank you to him and his staff for being with me during this trying situation.

Dr. Ford has been my doctor for almost two years, and he is fantastic!! He always listens and educates me as well as being there whenever I need anything. He and his team are very caring and knowledgeable, they all have made my journey much, much better!! I am, not intentionally, a difficult patient and he deals with it all professionally and with a smile. I am very thankful and grateful that going through this journey he is a part of it, making it much easier for me!

I like Doc. Ford. He will take the time to answer your questions. He will look at you when he is talking to you and encourage to ask your questions. I have had several doctors who kept their noses in their laptop the whole time you were talking to them. That makes you feel like you are a non-person just information to them.

Overwhelmingly great visits to pre-overwhelming unknowns & pre-overwhelming anxieties. Dr. Ford is very Thorough, understanding, kind, and knowledgeable. He not only treated me, but cared about me. He, his staff, and the facility are Top notch.

Dr. Ford is an expert and very patient-friendly doctor who takes the time to listen to the needs of his patients. From my experience he is professional, yet personal. He helped my family and I get through a tough situation in my health. He has a great bedside manner and was always ready to answer any of my questions. My surgery was performed beautifully and Dr. Ford did his best to make my recovery as smooth as possible. I would definitely recommend him as he is very good at what he does.

So i am only 28 years old and i was diagnosed with Adenocarcinoma Figo Grade 1. I was trying to have a baby prior to my diagnosis. I was devastated finding out i had cancer and was sent to see Dr. Ford. Dr. Ford and the whole team have been amazing! Dr. Ford is very caring and great about answering my million questions! He has always been kind to me and when i needed a laugh before my biopsies he made that happen. He is a great doctor and person and his nurse Wendy is just as amazing!

Dr. Ford and his staff fit me into a very busy schedule on short notice. They were all very patient and kind.. I was immediately comfortable with him and his recommendations for treatment.. He prescribed the correct procedure and had me back on my feet in no time. I am very grateful to have been in such capable hands.

I have been blessed to have Dr. Ford as my Doctor. He takes time with me, he explains things in a way that you can understand, his manner is comforting. "He knows his stuff!" as many people say.
