She is not empathetic or caring or friendly at all. When I told her my issues she had no emotion at all! I had a health issue I had to deal with for several years because of poor medical care from her and she was never willing to renew prescriptions.

Dr. Nhan was very attentive and exceptional in listening and making recommendations. I very much appreciated the discussion we had.

She was my doctor for two years. She didn’t make eye contact or look at me when I was speaking, rather, she would look at the computer screen the entire time. She would bring up a rare side effects of medications that she prescribed in a very alarming way asking if I had my heart and liver monitored, for instance, because organ failure was something I needed to keep an eye out for (what!!). Of course, I got a second opinion immediately, and was explained that these were rare occurrences and there’s nothing to be alarmed about once I had done the proper labs. She was unable to perform a successful Pap smear. And she completely forgot to follow up with me after a tumor removal surgery— I had to remind her about it at our next visit. My impression is that she does not see the entire patient. Instead, she just sees disparate conditions, not the whole person. I often left there wondering how anyone with a language barrier or without a college degree could parse her “advice.”

I've been seeing Dr. Nhan for several years now. She has always been very professional and attentive. She takes the time to talk to me about concerns or new health issues. I would recommend her to anybody!

Dr Nahn is wonderful. She is patient and kind. She answers all our questions. My dad loves her! He said he has never had a doctor who spends this much time with him, gives him good advice, and provides very compassionate care. She is easy to talk to. She remembers a lot about him and always follows up on issues. Also, she is proactive about medications making sure we have enough refills remaining. Top notch professional!

She pays enough attention that she remembers details from previous visits. She also looks at you as a whole person, I feel very comfortable with her and confident that she would probably catch side issues as they come up

She was very nice, but it all seemed very automated. She asked the questions on the monitor and would input the most appropriate response offered on the screen. Then went through the long list of shots I should get.

She knows what she's doing.
