The receptionist's customer service is extremely bad. I called to find out my laser procedure and keep telling me that it is a simple and don't need to worry. I said if the eyes are your will your be concern? Finally tell me a long medical name. I asked her to spell for me, she spelled it very quick. I asked her to slow, she asked my date of birth and name, once she pulled my record, the laser procedure is totally different. What a joke of those people. this happened on 12/5/2016 at 4:20PM

Doctor prescript wrong medication to my son , my son only 4 years old my son's eye does not feel comfortable so i took him to see this doctor, we waited 4 hours , then they told us we need to do a Pupil Dilation before doctor see him , so we did and doctor exam him after 4 hour she said he is fine just allergy and come back 6 month and don't need to do dilation anymore. they send the prescription to pharmacy , when i got my medication , i saw two medication , one is for allergy , the other one

I was the last patient of the day, and employees made sure to keep reminding me so . I waited more than an hour, and was with the doctor for less than 15 minutes (because she was in a rush to leave). Understandably, everyone wanted to go home, but eyes are extremely crucial and should be given undivided attention. The first time I visited, the prescription given was incorrect (I am -4.25, but was prescribed -5.50). The second time, the prescription was for near-sight, but I am far-sighted.
