Chances Given
After over five years as her patient, I've decided to switch doctors. Her somber demeanor felt more like a death sentence, and her responses were often, 'I don't know.' While she provided basic service, it was usually just computer-generated advice rather than genuine patient interaction. When I was seriously sick, it took all day for her to send in a prescription. I’ve tried to give her a chance, but healthcare should be a two-way street, and her lack of communication and support has been disappointing.

Horrible Bedside Manner
Care should be a collaborative effort between patient and doctor. Dr. Patel is a I know best kind of doctor. If you forget to book your appointments and holds your prescription 'hostage' until you come into the office.
