poor communication skill medical assistant/clerk
I recently obtain new HMO insurance. i made an appointment 3 weeks ahead of time to see he doctor. this is the first time using HMO outside of Kaiser. the assistant was rude and entitle with poorly communication and customer services skills. she asked for my insurance information 3 weeks ago but she did not tell me about switching PCP prior to the apt. she called me two days prior to the apt to inform me in such a unprofessional and improper tone of voice. i was able to change PCP as requested prior to apt ahead of time but she still did not able to process since she was not able to do her job. I have to connect the insurance directly calling her to show her what to do. then she told me i have to reschedule even though i am still 15 mins early to my apt. she was loud and threaten me to switch to the another doctor to see since i can not make another apt till March. Overall, i was not able to see the doctor but the front desk staff gave me in impression that i need to choose new PCP.

I have some suggestions to the office. The chairs for patients to seat have to sanitizer every patient, after when they walk out the room. The chairs need to cover by plastic or leather, it helps easy to sanitizer, and use air spay to sanitizer air in the room every time patient done in the room. I feel unsafe when I was waiting. I couldn't breath when I was waiting so long, I have to removed my mask to breath. Maybe another patient they do the same. And if someone had Covid....

The most generous medical office I 've been to, lovely staff, great doctor, EXCELLENT services, no complain. (as long as we are willing to pay for copay, deductible that is created by insurance company).

Brought my mother to Dr.Tran and she and I both are extremely pleased with his service. He and the staff are very polite, caring, patient and were attentive to all our health concerns. We were unfamilliar with the office location so were very late but they still assisted us.

Horrible. Do not see Dr. Tran as he is inexperienced/unprofessional - basically a scam. He removed a lesion from my skin after convincing me that he is an expert at this with many years of experience. Note: he is not a dermatologist (should have referred me to one). He went ahead and performed a procedure without the correct diagnosis and left me with a deep scar. He didn't even close up the wound after cutting. The clinic does not have a sink in any of the rooms. He only uses hand sanitizer.

Dr Tran did a great job of wasting my time and money, and not much else. Upon arriving to the office on time for my annual check up, they asked me to wait for about 30 min. Finally the doctor was ready but first they asked for a $50 copay. It should've been a free annual physical but they say they can't code it that way. I know it's a lie but just wanted to start. After the check up, I asked for an xray referral to monitor my scoliosis, which he gave then hurried me out without any consultatio
