Dr. Tsungju O-Lee, MD

This doctor (T. O’Lee) literally saved my grandson’s life on several occasions. Devastated that he left Las Vegas! 100 STARS

I recommend Dr. O-Lee as a physician. He has treated all of my children. However, the issues with his front office staff/billing department are ridiculous. They are rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. They refused to process my son's latest visit using our insurance, forcing me to a cash pay and subsequent refund from them option. Normally, refunds like this take maybe 2-3 months. It has been almost a year of my insurance company and myself trying to chase this down due to the staff's laziness

Dr. Olee is a great doctor. My son has seen Dr. Olee over 5 yesars since he was born with medical conditions. My son just had surgrey with Dr. Olee in UMC on Thursday and he has been done great job. He had few surgreies in that morning, he took time to explain with us and he back to hospial checked our son in eveving also.We are really feeling caring and confident. My family and our home care nurses always think Dr. Olee is very profession and a amazing doctor .We are highly recommended.

So far I have to agree with the rest of the reviews. The staff is rude. I called for a appointment and the lady on the phone was inpatient and sounded like she hated her job. I'll update once I go to the appointment.

He good human being a person that seems to want to help .but the staff is horrible the office manager CHRISTINE. Is very rude has an attitude problem and times when you ask the office for some advice or help ..it seems like your asking too much from them and seems like they are rude about it too . They are just Unbelievable I didn't expect those kind of behavior in medical office . Maybe they are getting over worked and under pay in the office for them to treat patients that way.

Disappointing!!! My toddler continued to get eye infections under his care. I found another specialist and had tubes place in the child's ears. There have been 5 ear infections in a 1yr period and Dr. Olie said the tubes were not necessary.

Dr. O-Lee is great but his front desk staff is so unhelpful and have bad attitudes. Every time I call to arrange an appointment, they give me attitude and are unwilling to work with me on scheduling. The woman I just talked to acts like I am speaking another language when it's her who can't understand clear English. As the conversation ended, I said 'thank you' and her only reply was 'bye' and then she hung up. Unbelievable. Hire a friendly staff who are willing to serve the public!

He has been my grandson's ENT for the last 7 months. In my opinion, the reason my grandson is still alive. He always has an upbeat attitude, no matter the time of day or night. Along with he scheduled surgeries, there were 3 emergency surgeries during the night.
