I have been having some health problems and the lady at the front desk was completely unprofessional and disrespectful when I was trying to make an appointment. She even ended the phone on me twice. Dr. Truong is helpful but constantly rushes his patients because he has such an overflow of patients he has to see. They need to work on scheduling and removing the lady at the front desk.

Worse doctors experience I ever had. Came here when I turned 18 and had to get paperwork for college and work done. Couldn’t make an appointment for at least 3 months in advanced so everytime I come I have to walk in and wait at least 2 hours just to be seen. Dr. Truong is horrible at explaining things and talked to me like I was a child, as if I couldn’t understand things when I asked him a question. Switching my doctor as soon as possible. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

This is the worse Dr’s office ever! My parents come here only because they speak Vietnamese. The ladies that work at the front is extremely rude. Time management is extremely poor. The dr is not thorough at all. He gets you in and out. I am trying to persuade my parents to go to a different doctor. Avoid at all cost unless you have 2-3 hours to sit and wait to be seen and have patience for ignorant workers. If I can give zero star, I would!
