Dr. Troy Mohler, MD

This doctor is very personable and thorough. He does all the annual labs necessary and gets referrals done. My family and I saw him for years. The downturn was when he started on the spot drug testing and acting like 'Aha' although my tests were negative. I found it funny at first but then time and time again I found it really insulting. I'm leaving this review because I see he does this to other patients as well. He might want to stop when there is no factual basis. Also I got sick every time I sat in this Lovettsville office! Please Lysol the waiting area and do a wipe down. Little ones come in very ill. Wear a mask while here is my advice.

I don't get all the positive review. I saw him once and that was one too many times. He showed absolutely NO concern about my health and treated me like a drug addict (which is not even close to accurate)

Dr. Mohler is one of the best PCPs I've had. He is smart, he listens to his patients, and most importantly, he know how to solve his patients' problems.

Dr Mohler is the best family physician I have ever had the privilege of being one of his patients. His bedside manor is kind and thoughtful along with astute observation and the ability to diagnose the issue and provide options for the patient to consider. I highly recommend Dr. Mohler to anyone in Lovettsville, and I'd even go beyond that to include all of Loudoun County.

Fantastic service. Great Doctor and Staff. Very caring and professional for myself spouse and our son. The wait time is better than the industry average and you never feel rushed to leave the exam room once he's with you. Always a good story to tell, or a travel tip offered!

A gifted physician with an amazing amount of patience with his clients. I have had many GPs over the course of my life in both big cities and suburbia, and he is by far the best that I have had. He treats both young, middle aged, and elderly clients with care and kindness and can connect with anyone. His big heart is quite evident in that after being all over the world in prestigious locations, he came back to serve in his small hometown. We are fortunate to have him in our community.

Super nice guy but terrible admin staff. Received runarounds from Admin/staff. No call backs. Lack of knowledge of procedures. Lazy administration. Do not go here if you want something done quickly like results of testing. The most they can do is give you a band aid and collect your insurance.

Dr. Mohler is extremely knowledgeable in family practice. I am a young patient and not necessary have a lot of health issues. But I prefer to have an excellent family doctor who is there for me when I will need it. He takes time to explain and discuss any concerns or questions I might have.

Takes time with patients and actually listens to your concerns. I get the sense that he truly cares and wants to help his patients find answers. He never rushes me out the door, he takes the time to also explain things to patients and never talks down to me or brushes me off. He's young, but an old soul! Not many doctors have such a wonderful bedside manner anymore - a true gem in the medical field!

Really takes his time with patients. Makes sure your questions are answered and that you understand what's going on. The only dr that has ever called me at 8 pm to give me test results.
