Wonderful Doctor and Staff
I have been a patient of Dr. Goldberg's for 7 years. He has extensive knowledge and stays up to date on research. He has an emergency line and has always called me back quickly. His assistant, Jennifer, is very helpful with getting appointments and refills done.

I've been seeing Dr. Goldberg for 10 years and am shocked to see the negative reviews and comments on this site. He is an excellent psychiatrist with a gentle and compassionate manner. His office is efficient and friendly. I would recommend taking the negative reviews with a grain of salt. Some people are easily offended and some oddly hostile when assessing mental health professionals. This is a risk that excellent practitioners working in the field have to take. I wonder also about the motives of people who leave reviews that are this targeted and aggressive. It is troubling to see.

Horrible. Cold, lacking any bedside manor. Rude, awkward, unkind or empathetic. Strongly do not recommend.

I am appalled by the disgustingly poor business practice exemplified by this office. Dr. Goldberg and his office assistant Jennifer scheduled me for an appointment. Interestingly, as part of their policy, they force patients to sign a credit card authorization form. Did I mention if you cancel any later than 48 hours before your appointment, you pay $400??!!!! Avoid this office, there are more experienced and less arrogant psychiatrists available in Los Angeles.
