Great experience with Dr. Carter and his team!
Dr Carter did a caterac lens implant on both eyes and rid me of my astigmatism as well. I had my left eye done to see distance, and the right for reading close up. The results were amazing, and way beyond what I expected. I tell him at each follow up visit that I should be his “Poster Child!” I tell complete strangers about the fantastic experience I had with my surgery! I never once experienced anything negative during my entire experience. The staff and Dr Carter are definitely recommended by me! I CAN SEE 20/20 WITHOUT EVER HAVING TO USE CHEATER GLASSES NOW! United Health Care covered a great portion of the cost of my surgery as well.

Dr Carter spent time berating me concerning my diet. He determined from a single reply that not only had I had a bowl of cereal for breskfast but that it had a lot of sugar on it and since I am diabetic I should not have had that. Had did not try to find out that my cereal was Cheerios and the only think on my cereal was skim milk. It was somewhat disconcerting as I was captive in his chair as he yelled at me for something I did not do. He did apologize once he stopped yelling snd his nurses had told him to stop yelling at me. Needless to say it was an uncomfortable visit. I do think he knows what he is doing when it comes to eyes.
