Patient wait period
Being scheduled for an appointment at 11 15 am in the morning, and even at 12 30 you will still be waiting. No explanations, no apologies, and when you go to the admin desk, you get one of the patients is taking longer. This is patient, customer service at its worst. How about a general, we apologize for your wait, if you would like to reschedule, or something to that effect. And then warning all those who are still coming in to see the Dr, the wait is over an hour, so that those people won’t be subjected to the blatant disregard for peoples time. This is why people get upset with the healthcare industry. Learn from your mistakes, and make improvements, thats what growing and improving is all about.
