Lack of follow through. Abandon patient.
Took notes on scratch paper. Was given several outside test reports to review. Would consider treatment of bacteria, parasites. After visit, for several weeks had to continually leave messages via Mychart and phone. Just trying to see when an order would be given for tests and or treatment. Then after finally getting order for tests had to once again leave several messages. After weeks a nurse sent Mychart message with neg results, no recommendations and no referral. NEVER heard for the doctor. Believe this is considered abandonment!
