I took my son to Dr. Ferrin for a routine visit, but when I asked about his health concerns, they told me the appointment could no longer be classified as a well-child visit. Dr. Ferrin ordered multiple tests without consulting me, and instead, she seemed to just communicate with her assistant, ticking off items on a checklist without explaining the rationale behind them. Afterward, I received a bill for nearly $400. Based on my experience, I would recommend looking for care elsewhere.

My four daughters and I have been patents of Dr. Ferrin's for over 6 years. We have seen her for depression, anxiety, Type 1 Diabetes, and so much more!! We love her!

She really connects! She has no problem addressing more than one minor issue per visit. When there is a more complicated issue, she refers me to same high quality doctors.

Nice lady Doctor. Missed diagnosed of my illness for a lot of months. When pushed to do tests found many illnesses that should have been found earlier. Didn't believe me I was hurting so much. Needed to be listens to me. Really like the lady. But wishes her believed what I says when I hurts.

Dr. Ferrin is very personable and never makes you feel rushed. She listens very well and cares about the whole family. She is very knowledgeable and has been a huge help with our kids who have special needs and issues. Highly recommend her for the whole family!
