Please do not enroll yourself or your family with this firm. Today was my very first day and very last at this firm as my previous doctor was retiring, hence me switching. I did a walk in and was quoted a 3 hour wait time which I see as kind of fair as it seemed to be full of people with appointed times so I went home and waited, however that was still a long wait time. Staff working there had horrible attitude and didn't do their job. After my visit with the doctor, I had asked for a doctors note, but he never gave me one so I came back after school asking for one and the staff told me to wait. I had to wait 30 minutes for a piece of paper to excuse me from school that day. I had to ask staff and even had to argue back to finally receive my paper. During the whole wait time, there was a staff you can see through the clear window on the door printing out the small doctors note and ended up spending 30 minutes just to sign and give me my paper. Staff told me that the doctor was busy and

Guy wants my dad to do a ton of tests. Refers my dad to his prefered places like the pharmacy next door, xrays, etc. Tells my dad if you dont like it, go to another dr. My dad has been seeing his dr dad for like 40 something yrs. All bad. Hours wait when you got appointment.

Worst dr's office ever. You have an appointment scheduled and you will still end up waiting over two hours before you get seen. And when you finally are brought to the back, you wait another 20 mins. He listens to you for 2 minutes and ends the appointment. No one picks up the phone when you call. Rude staff. The office primarily serves the viet and chinese community and the staff speaks broken english! I leave with a headache all the time deal with this practice!

Worst clinic throught Sacramento. No idea how this place is still even open. Staffing are rude along with the providers. Save you the time and money and switch to a different provider asap. If to come here expect to waste your whole day sitting in the cramped

Nightmare office and staff worst doctors iv ever been to dirty place rude

This doctor needs to hire a Receptionist who can speak English and be respectful and courteous. When I contacted the receptionist was so rude and uneducated not willing to answer my question. Not seen this doctor but as they "apples do not fall too far for the tree". Stay away from this doctor's office.
