Disrespect
My family member felt disrespected here. Too political, felt like there was bigotry at every corner. I don't recommend.

I been seeing Trent Wester for 12 years up until a month ago. I had 2 arm surgeries of my ulnar nerve with carpal tunnel 4 months apart last year. His nurse and him accused me of going around their backs to get medication and we are talking about a very minimum quantity that was prescribed to me following those surgeries for the severe pain. Somehow during being accused he asked “When did you have these done”. I mean he makes you come every 3 months which I think is excessive for a visit to get medication refilled. Since he’s not electronic you have to constantly call his office or you will go weekends without your medicine considering the office is only open Monday through Thursday. Friday is hit or miss if someone will pick up the phone. I’m a very loyal person and stick with who I am with but had to change doctors as my health depended on it. That’s no exaggeration. He will not listen to you and he will be in and out of the room in 5 minutes and charges your insurance $300.

Have been going to this doctor since it opened but the front desk people are not very good. All are generally nice, but if you ask them about doing something for you or finding out an issue for billing, they are useless and clueless. Dr. Trent is nice and for that reason I kept going but with several front desk issues that keep coming up year after year I've decided to head somewhere else. Plus the loud music gets a little old especially when a person doesn't feel well. For the front desk alone, I'm giving up. I wish the office used more electronic ways of doing things and settling issues without always asking me "to come to the office" or we don't have email, or we don't send items electronicly. That just tells me the patient comes last.

The receptionists are incapable of doing their job correctly, politely and it’s a total shame because the dr. Is great but his front desk couldn’t get out of a wet paper bag!

Would not recommend. Unfortunately, while he was very personable, he was quick to prescribe medication for a complaint and did not thoroughly ck. to see if there were any medication interactions with current medication. A very severe allergic medical reaction occured that could have been a LOT worse. I asked to have him personally follow up after I reported the very upsetting incident. His wife called back and then a nurse to change the medication he recommended with no one on one follow up.
