I have been having some major health issues and have gone to several specialists and had surgery each doctor had given me a different diagnosis and I have been very stressed. Dr Shino looked at all the results and contacted the other doctors and now is coordinating all my care Finally someone is in charge!!! he has taken a significant amount of time to help me and I feel that he and his staff really care and we finally solve what’s wrong Thank You!!

Similar to another reviewer, I was recommended to Dr. Shino after my Dr. retired. I saw him for a couple years, and indeed felt like cattle. There was constant confusion getting my prescriptions filled. You could do much better than this Dr. in Spokane.

We lost our Doctor of many years who was with Columbia and the prior organization. We were handed off to Dr. Shino. He gives you the impression that you are livestock moving through the office. Doesn't seem like he is really listening to you. Seemed like he just wanted to get you in and out ASAP. He prescribed the wrong medication for me which was caught by our pharmacy. Other family members, mother and sister in law, feel the same way and are looking for a new Dr. as well. Avoid!

Dr. Shino has been good to my wife. Recently she has had difficulty with a couple of mental health diagnoses and grad school. Since I have known my wife, tis last year has been hard for her. Her last doctor was stubborn and didn't listen to her. Dr. Shino took care of her complains right away. He is a nice guy I really trust him with my wife.

Dr. Trent Shino has been the best doctor that I have ever had. He is very intelligent and has helped me with my medical and mental health concerns in the most efficient way possible. He genuinely listens to my complaints and has quickly and easily come up with solutions that have actually helped me. With my previous doctor, I complained about symptoms for years and they were always ignored. Dr. Trent Shino, on the other hand, addressed them immediately. I am very grateful for him as my doctor.
