This review is for Ashley Sarchet RN. Thank you Ashley for your professionalism & knowledge in this procedure and for making me feel comfortable! After talking to me, you knew exactly what my aging face needed! I cannot wait for my next appointment knowing I'm in good care & eventually seeing the results knowing if I need more, I can come back. Thank you also to the great staff!

Basal cell skin cancer
I’ve had excellent care here. 2 surgeries and didn’t feel a thing. Great Dr and staff. Follow-ups and their concern about any questions makes me return and give recommendations to use Drs services.

This doctor does not listen to the patient or respond to the patient’s unique symptoms, he simply gives me the same thing he gave me a couple years ago for something different and then it did not work either. He thinks he is a scientist, doctors are not scientists they are practitioners, well if you are lucky, with this one you are unluckily because if you do not fit his outdated definition of the problem you actually have he gives the same medication he ALWAYS gives, and you don’t get any better!

I have been going to Dr. Hamblin since he first opened his office in Show Low. I'm impressed with his knowledge and professional, friendly manner. His staff is excellent also. The waiting area is spacious and during this time of Covid, makes social distancing easy. When I was there today, he and his staff were all wearing masks, with the exception of the the ones in reception. Since that area is separate and well protected by glass shields I feel it certainly meets or exceeds the current safety guidelines.

In the past Hamblin Dermatology did a good job diagnosing and fixing issues. I scheduled a checkup for 12/23/2020. when I showed up patients were going in and out not wearing any ppe (face mask etc.). Before going in I called to find out if masks were required and I was told they were optional. Any other Doctor I go to requires questionnaire, temperature and masks. I will have to find a new doctor that requires prevention to limit transmission of COVID-19 and other emerging highly contagious issues.

Got a second opinion and I'm much happier going elsewhere. It doesn't sound like he knows what he's doing. Tries to jump to the most expensive treatments possible before doing cheaper alternative treatments. Took over a month to get in for the first appointment.
