Dr. Traian Parvulescu, MD

Dr. Parvulescu is the most informed and dedicated medical professional I have ever known. He is incredibly committed to his patients and spends a remarkable amount of time with me every time I visit his office. He understands diet better than anyone I have ever known. A good man by any standard.

Dr. P as I call him is one of the best doctors I have gone to. He is caring and considerate. He took care of my father for many years. He does not believe in over medicating but rather holistic. He will not rush you through an appointment. He listens to everything you say and your concerns. It is easy to make appointments. His secretary, Elana is very personable and efficient.

He is extremely through and focused on you as a patient. He is not patronizing and does not use scare tactics. He uses a logical, scientific, non invasive approach to medicine. The rest of the medical community should follow his lead.

One in a million doctor who cares and knows how to heal through the right methods. Does not rush to throw you on medicine. Talks to you about the correct diet and habits to improve your overall health. I’ve been seeing him for 18 years and he has never let me down. Highly recommend.

Dr Parvelescu is the most amazing doctor we have ever met! He takes all the time needed to explain the diagnosis & blood work. He is very knowledgeable, caring & compassionate. Everything he says makes so much sense one gets motivated because he’s so convincing. Since following his recommendations, my husband’s blood #’s have improved greatly! Dr P is truly a unique doctor and human being. He is passionate about healing and educating his patients so that not only get better but learn how to thrive. He's straight forward and will spend the time to explain what is happening in your body and educate you on the best course of action to heal yourself. To appreciate what Dr P is all about, you need to be an active participant in your own health strategy and plan. He is thorough and may order tests so there is no guessing what your situation is. Your health is priceless, the tests are worth it. He spent over an hour with me going through my results so that I really understood my situation and the treatment plan he recommends. That's the investment he's willing to make for his patients. What they do with it is up to them. I've taken his advice and am making the diet and lifestyle changes he recommends. Dr. Parvulescu is extremely knowledgeable. He combines functional medicine and homeopathic medicine to receive excellent outcomes. I would recommend him to anyone who is serious about getting well and/or isn't looking to take medication for the rest of their life. I took my 23 year old son to him. He was incapacitated with stomach pain, loss of appetite, vomiting, weakness and weight loss for 6 months. He had been to many doctors and specialists. Dr. Parvulescu helped him become well again.

I have never been to a more thorough doctor in my life. It was wonderful to feel like the "whole person" is examined and all factors taken into account, from nutrition to exercise to sleep habits. I love how he combines alternative with traditional practices and is so up to date with the science out there! Honestly, he's the best doctor I've been to. In a world of chemicals and fast food, it's truly a blessing to not just have drugs thrown your way. He heals the cause, not just the symptom.

Very blunt. Will not sugar coat anything. Which I liked, and was vey refreshing. However, he performs a lot of expensive tests, even when going "in network". Out of pocket, this year, he cost my wife and I about $5k. Very good doctor, we just cannot afford him anymore.

He has been my doctor for a few years now. He is one of the few that really is concerned about you and your welfare. He is also very honest and will always give you an opinion that is to the point. Also will take the time to explain the reason you are there.
