Excellent Doctor
Doctor Wimbush is kind and caring and an excellent doctor. She actually listens to the current issues I'm experiencing and offers treatments to help with the pain. I have had numerous procedures by Doctor Wimbush and am actually able to get some relieve from this life long back pain I have had which helps to continue to do the things I love. She has become more than a doctor to me; she is a friend to our family. I would recommend Doctor Wimbush to anyone. She will at least try different procedures and medications short of spinal surgery to help manage my pain. Thank you Doctor Wimbush for your care and concern.

Excellent Doctor
Dr. Wimbush is very caring, professional and effective. She has pleasant bedside manners, I never felt rushed in her presence, she answered my questions and gave me good suggestions. After reviewing my ct scan and MRI, she recommended hip injections and I got the procedure done, which I am very glad I did. I would highly recommend Dr. Wimbush to my family and friends. She is Excellent at what she does.

Dr, von Bergen referred me for a pinched nerve.
I had a scheduled 10:20 a.m. appointment at Orth Atlanta on 2-16-2023 with Dr. Wimbush. I arrived on time for my appointment, sat in the waiting room from 10:20 a.m. until 11:23 a.m. I was taken to an exam room at 11:23 a.m., 1 hour and 3 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Dr. Wimbush showed up at 12:19 p.m., 1 hour and 59 minutes after my scheduled 10:20 a.m. appointment. She stated her name, and I said I have a question. My question was had I shown up 1 hour and 59 minutes for a 10:20 a.m. appointment would I have been seen. She didn't hesitate to say a "you most certainly would not have been seen. So, I said, what makes it okay for you to show up an hour and 59 minutes late to see me as a patient when I was on time for my appointment. Obviously, she had no response. She's rude, showed no respect, lack professionalism, and didn't see me for what I told her I was there for. In her summary of my appointment, she stated that I was there for her to see me concerning my arm.

Awful experience
Tracy Wimbush lacks compassion, customer service, and professional knowledge. This is in stark contrast to the level of service that I’ve come to expect from my Piedmont Healthcare providers. Besides waiting over an hour to be seen, she interpreted my test results incorrectly, and did not comprehend the difference of my CT scan vs. my MRI results. The more questions I asked, the more Tracy became flustered, attitudinal, and flagrantly dismissive. Tracy stormed out of the exam room, leaving the door wide open for all others to see me. She told me to follow up with my PCP because she was done with it. The questions made her curt, and aggressively combative. Unfortunately, this further compounded my anxiety and the dizziness/ headaches started back. It is quite concerning that a healthcare “professional” would act in this manner and be a contributing factor to a patient’s health concerns. I do NOT (and will NEVER) recommend Tracy Wimbush to friends, family, strangers, or enemies.

I have tried repeatedly to set up an injection appointment with Dr. Wimbush to see if that would help with my excruciating pain. I am presently in physical therapy, but I still have awful pain. I don't know if her staff is not communicating with her, but I need to do something else!!

Doctor Tracy Wimbush, has proven to be a thorough and compassionate doctor. That takes the time to help you understand what’s going on with you and what can be done. You don’t feel rush or put off. I trust Dr. Wimbush’s treatments and guidance. I’ve been her patient for five years.

After waiting 2 hours and 45 minutes to see her she comes in discuss a plan. I was okay with the plan she came up with but after she prescribe the medications I looked up the cost on GoodRx due to my uncle not having pharmacy benefits. One of the medications cost $391 I asked the nurse if she could have the doctor to come in to discuss changing the medication no it didn't have to be a narcotics, just something other than what she prescribed. The nurse came back in and informed me the doctor said I should take the prescription to the pharmacy maybe they could give me a discount (so now you can work deals with the pharmacy). I was so disappointed that she wouldn't even discuss other options. I have worked in the medical field for 25+ years and this was so unacceptable. I was excited with the plan she came up with because my uncle has demenitia and broke his arm twice and has been in pain for 6 months. I hate he have to go through this.

I had my second Tele-appointment this morning with Dr. Wimbush, due to the Covid-19 outbreak. There were some technical difficulties, I'll say the they were probably operator error on my part but we got it fixed and the appointment went smoothly after that. She could have said that this isn't working and moved on to the next patient but she stuck with me until we got it working, Thank you. Dr. Wimbush is honest and caring, I hope to one day meet her in person. I was passed to her because the Dr. I first saw left after just one appointment, and I was sent to Physical Therapy. She recognizes that even though I am a man in relative decent shape that I am in significant pain and am not here just looking for the next pill fix. She is willing to work with me on treatment options that may help my situation during this turbulent time and that will keep me safe for my family. Thank you for your concern and remembering these issues when we speak without having to be reminded. Stay Safe

Made 2 appointments, and she cancelled on me. I was seen by a nurse who didn't examine me but relied only on my narrative when she ordered 2 MRIs, CT scans and other tests. She ordered the wrong area on the MRI because she never looked at my swollen back or did a physical exam, only talked to me. The bill was 1150.00 for initial visit and 550.00 to tell me the results of the MRI on the area of my back that was not injured. These costs were for office visits only, and I never did see or talk to a medical doctor. I am still waiting on a response from the office manager. The bill is not itemized regarding Medicare payment, with my portion listed separately. You have to submit billing questions in writing to an out of state firm. They don't comply with the ADA because they abort conversations when informed of a psychiatric diagnosis.
