Very personable. Took her time, made me feel welcomed, and not rushed. She not only made me feel comfortable but, also educated me thoroughly. One of the best! Love that there are doctors like her!

I didn’t have an appointment and she and her staff were able to fit me in, I didn’t realize I had developed a case of shingles on my face and she helped me with that along with getting me into an ophthalmologist to make sure my vision hadn’t been harmed.. wonderful person and staff

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Thomas for about 6 years. We have both had very small melanomas diagnosed and treated by Dr. Thomas. She shows a lot of concern, and we have been extremely pleased with our treatment. She spends plenty of time with us when we are in for our follow up appointments. There is barely any scaring where she has removed the skin cancers. We would heartily recommend her. Barbara

Dr Thomas is always professional and thorough. I have had a mole and some suspicious spots removed by her and have no scars - she does excellent work! Staff is very pleasant and I never feel rushed by her. My only negative is that she would not take my husband on as a new patient and while I appreciate that she is busy but I have been her patient for many years and would think she could make an exception for my husband.

I have been a patient with Dr. Thomas for approximately two and half years. Dr. Thomas listens carefully to my concerns about skin cancer and is very thorough when scanning for possible signs of same. During my last visit, March 28, 2017, I expressed some concerns beyond the scope of the scheduled normal follow up visit. Dr. Thomas asked me to wait while she attended another patient then returned to comply with my request. I will highly recommend Dr. Thomas to family and friends.

I tried to call there to tell them I had to cancel a new patient appointment today and first of all, they didn't answer the phone until 11 after 8am so that was not very professional and when I mentioned that I was answered with a cold and unprofessional response. I could not get another new patient appointment until October so I will not be making another appointment with them. I do not appreciate being treated poorly because they don't turn their phone on, on time and then act snippy.

My husband and I truly love seeing Dr. Thomas and her staff. They always treat us like old friends, and we never feel as though we're being rushed. We've recommended her to our closest friends, and now they love her as much as we do. We only wish we could find a primary care physician we care about and trust as much as we do Dr. Tracy Thomas.
