Dr. Tracy Hardwick, MD

I was being seen for an ear ache. Vitals were taken by assistant and had NO fever. Dr demanded I wear a mask and when I politely refused, she stormed out of the room like a child. Came back about 10 minutes later and berated me and treated me with so much disrespect. Said “sit” when she walked in and told me how I’m putting her and her entire family at risk and that by not wearing a mask I’m being so disrespectful. Continued to treat me like garbage until I walked out. Never once asked about my symptoms, or how I was feeling. Will be switching my entire family from Oregon Medical Group and filing a complaint with the medical board.

She FAILED to tell me that I had an abnormal mammogram. I found out over a year later when I was scheduling my appointment for this year. Horrible excuse for a human being. This is particularly difficult since I have already had breast cancer.

First time in my life at 66 years old that I actually looked forward to seeing my Dr. She is so easy to talk to, and ask questions. She really listens to your concerns, and is always very professional.

Very kind, knowledgeable, and she listened to everything I said! The best doctor that I have Ever visited, and she had been my doctor for 13 years!

This doctor is the most unfriendly doctor I’ve ever seen. It’s very difficult to say a doctor has made a mistake, but with my experience, she has made many mistakes over the past decade. Unfortunately, it has taken me that long to see the mistakes that she has made with my care. When I go to the clinic it’s like going to high school with all the cliques they have and how badly they talk about some of their patients. I’ve never had a doctor that has started me on medication and then decided at some point that the medication doesn’t work for her. Not for you but her. I referred a few people to her home that have since left because they do not like the way she treats them. I don’t know what has happened, but I believe that some of the doctors are overworked and they take it out on their patients. It’s disturbing when there’s so much miscommunication that she ends up, not liking you as a person. You’re either in or you’re out .

Don’t see this doctor! She felt like such a blessing in the beginning. Over the course of the last few years she has become the worst doctor I’ve ever seen. I’m not sure if it’s something personal that happened or a tbi changed her personality. She prescribed medication ( the same medication) for years without a second thought. Abruptly she decided she didn’t want me on it and has continued to harass me for the last year about trying something new. I’m happy with what I have and I don’t need to be badgered every time I see her. Its gotten to the point where I am making appointments with other doctors in her office because I was tired of her harassment. Of course because the doctors are in the same office she has now tagged team them in with her feelings about the medication I’m on. Now I have other doctors harassing me. I’ve made a complaint and nothing has changed. Of course none of them are on my side because I am not there calling nor do I have an MD. Steer clear of this unprofessional doctor!! There’s no setting for zero stars so if there was I would give her a zero!

"Literally the worst Dr. I have ever experienced and I am an In-Home Care Provider to seniors and people with disability so I go with my clients to all their DR. appointments and have been around many different Dr and health care providers. If you want to be treated like a number and not a person goes to Tracy, she is unprofessional with little knowledge of health care. Just because she has been in the field for over 11 years doesn't mean she knows anything about health care. There are Dr.s that want to see you get better and there are doctors that keep you sick for their own benefit. Don't let the other reviews about Dr. Tracy Hardwick fool you, the public doesn't have access to write a truthful review on those sites. I am writing this for your best interest so you don't waste money and time and false diagnosis just for Hardwick's own benefit and pocketbook. If you are looking for a primary care provider who you can trust and has your best interest at heart I would go to someone like Chelsea Tang on G street in Springfield, after sitting in one office visit with Tang, I felt loved and cared for and she was not even seeing me. Just remember your Dr. works for you and should be someone you trust. I hope this helps, Blessings!"

Dr. Hardwick is very knowledgeable. She has been my primary care physician for 5 years. During this time she has taken the time to listen to my concerns and has appropriately treated my conditions. She has a wonderful communication style and treats me with great respect. I really appreciate her care and concern for my health.

This individual took over 5 years to have me figure out for her that I have PCOS!
